- Expert assembly and micro-adjustments by veteran toolmakers.
T1 Trial & Inspection
- Mount the mold to test the first batch of samples (T1).
- Check for cosmetics (sink marks, flash) and exact dimensions.
- Fine-tune the mold until samples are 100% perfect.
Production & Care
- Final approval transitions the tool into stable mass production.
- Regular mold maintenance (cleaning, anti-rust, lubrication).
